Making Place Cards with Templates

Making Table Name Place Cards

When planning your big wedding day, ok so you have decided you are making all your wedding stationery, including the table place card names.
If you have decided on a theme for your wedding, you could choose to follow the theme through to the table decor, and place cards.

So once your theme or colour has been chosen, you can decide how you will follow the theme through. This adds a little fun, and a little change in planning your day. Your seating plan can then hold all the guests names, allocated to a particular named table, then place all the place cards on that table, to help your guests find the correct allocated seating place.

When making place cards, it is best to use a nice substantial card to print them on; 250gsm-300gsm. You could use A4 size card, then print and cut them to place card size, this is great if you have all the correct tools to do the job, but if you dont have the tools, it may well be worth thinking about buying a paper trimmer, or borrowing one from a crafter.

Using printable place cards makes the whole process a lot easier. All our printables have a text area box, so you can add personal details and the name of your guests.
